I spotted this cool gadget at urbanreview.This is Wheelman Bushpig which named one of Time Magazine's "Best Inventions of the Year". It is like mix of skateboard, snowboard, surfboard, and wakeboard.  You use body movement to steer and the speed is controlled by a cable type controller held in your hand that contains a thumb throttle and hand brake. It brings different experience to the extreme addicted people. It is patented and price is a bit high (770$). Watch out this video on youtube
